Description of our housekeeping services
    

Our first visit to your home will be the initial home cleaning.  After your initial visit we will help you schedule a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly time that meets you and your family's needs.

     Initial House Cleaning

     Weekly Cleanings

     Bi-Weekly Cleanings

     Once a month Cleanings

     Move-in/Move- out Cleaning Service:  We will clean it to if youare leaving you old home or moving into a new one.

     Initiial House Cleaning Includes:

     * Clean wall hangings
     * Clean knickknacks
     * Clean vents
     * Clean light fixtures
     * Clean window sills
     * Clean ceiling fans
     * Clean outside of cabinets in bathroom and kitchen
     * Wet wash all baseboards and door facings
     * Vacuum/sweep/mop all carpet and tile
     * Complete dusting
     * Remove cobwebs
     * Clean mirrors and all glass surfaces
     * Clean doors/lights switch plates
     * Empty all trash cans from each room
     * Reline waste baskets

   In The Bathroom

     * Clean and sanitize sinks
     * Clean and sanitize tubs, showers and toilets
     * Clean mirrors
     * Dust light fixtures
     * Polish fixtures
     * Wash floor
     * Clean door/light switch plates

  In The Bedroom

     * Clean all wall hangings
     * Clean knickknacks
     * Clean vents
     * Clean light fixtures
     * Clean window sills
     * Clean ceiling fans
     * wet wash all baseboards and door facings
     * Vacuum/sweep/mop all carpet and tile
     * Complete dusting
     * Remove cobwebs
     * Change sheets if needed (please have clean sheets laid out)

     * Remove all garbage
     * Reline waste baskets

   In The Kitchen

     * Clean all counter tops
     * Clean inside and out of the microwave
     * Clean Window
     * Wipe all cabinet facings
     * Clean all appliances outside
     * Clean doors/light switch plates
     * Clean/sanitize/polish sinks
     * Wash floor

A weekly clean includes all of the above services on a weekly basis with the exception of   the below services that will be maintained on a rotational basis:

     * Clean doors/light swith plates
     * Clean wall hangings
     * Clean baseboards
     * Clean window sills
     * Clean knickknacks
     * Clean cabinet facings
     * Clean vents
     * Clean ceiling fans
     * Clean light fixtures
     * Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)
     * Clean inside of microwave

Specialty Services are individually priced depending on size and complexity:

     * Blinds wet washed: under 3' long $4.00 each - 3'-5' Long $5.00 each - 5' and up - $10.00 each
